Using kettlebells as a way to improve balance can be extremely effective, these don’t even need to be traditional balance style movements. They can be more traditional style movements like lunges and carries, both of which will improve balance especially in older populations.
This really depends on the person performing the exercise. If beginner does lunge with a kettlebell they may see dramatic improvements in balance whereas an advanced individual may need something much more specific like a KB A Stance pass through.
