Finding variations for the pull up can be really hard if your training at home and don’t have access to a pull up bar or lat pulldown machine. The vertical pull movement pattern doesn’t have many options without these pieces of equipment. that being said, if you have have some dumbbells you’ll be able to work very similar muscle groups without mimicking the same movement.
