Even if the only piece of equipment you have available is a bench, we still have some excellent core variations you can add into your routine. Some of these are very challenging core exercises that should only be done if you’re ready for advanced level core exercises. If you have a full gym at your disposal, consider adding some of these exercises into your core training for variety and a new, challenging stimulus.
