  • Try and stay as stable as possible throughout with as little movement as possible.

Inchworm to Press Up

Follow these cues to perform Inchworm to Press Up correctly:

  • Walk slowly on the hands taking small steps
  • Keep the elbows close to the body on the press up.

Bottom of Press Up Hold

Complete 20 seconds

Follow these cues to perform Bottom of Press Up Hold correctly:

  • Keep tension in the chest
  • Keep shoulders and hips inline.

Complete this round 3 times.

Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold

Complete 15 seconds

Follow these cues to perform Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold correctly:

  • Press the foot into the floor and lift hips up
  • Create as much tension as possible in the glute
  • Lock the knee of the straight leg.

Bear Crawl

Complete 10 meters

Coaching Tips For Bear Crawl

Follow these cues to perform Bear Crawl correctly:

  • Keep lower back as flat as able
  • Do not bring knees too close to elbows
  • Move the opposite arm and leg at the same time.

Quadrupled Extensions

Complete 8 repetitions

Coaching Tips For Quadrupled Extensions

Follow these cues to perform Quadrupled Extensions correctly:

  • Take your time and do a slight pause at extension, feel the tension in the glutes.
