Reverse Flies

Complete 8 repetitions

Coaching Tips For Reverse Flies

Follow these cues to perform Reverse Flies correctly:

  • Hinge into position, making sure the lower back is arched and chest perpendicular with the floor
  • Use the muscles in the upper back
  • Do not add any momentum.

Half Kneeling KB Press

Complete 6 repetitions

Coaching Tips For Half Kneeling KB Press

Follow these cues to perform Half Kneeling KB Press correctly:

  • Create a stable base in the lunge position with the front knee at 90 degrees
  • Keep the rib cage tucked and lock the elbow overhead.

Front Raises

Complete 10 repetitions

Coaching Tips For Front Raises

Follow these cues to perform Front Raises correctly:

  • Don't use any momentum
  • Keep the shoulders in a fixed position throughout
  • Only have a slight bend in the arm
  • A plate is used in the video, but a dumbbell is more appropriate.

KB Narrow Stance Squat

Complete 10 repetitions

Coaching Tips For KB Narrow Stance Squat

Follow these cues to perform KB Narrow Stance Squat correctly:

  • In a narrower stance than a traditional squat
  • Keep the torso angle as straight as possible
  • The knees will shift forward, this is normal
  • This will put emphasis on the quads.

DB Straight Leg Deadlift

Complete 10 repetitions

Coaching Tips For DB Straight Leg Deadlift

Follow these cues to perform DB Straight Leg Deadlift correctly:

  • Pinch the shoulder blades together
  • Slowly move the chest towards the floor
  • Keep the dumbbell close to the body and the hips high after the initial bend.
