Follow these cues to perform TRX Single Leg Hamsting Pull In correctly:

  • With the sole of the foot in the TRX and the hip slightly raised move the foot towards body
  • Create tension in the hamstring throughout.

TRX Oblique Crunch

Complete 7 repetitions

Coaching Tips For TRX Oblique Crunch

Follow these cues to perform TRX Oblique Crunch correctly:

  • Bring the knee towards one elbow, wrapping around the sides of the hips
  • Maintain a tight core throughout.

TRX Lateral Lunge

Complete 6 repetitions

Coaching Tips For TRX Lateral Lunge

Follow these cues to perform TRX Lateral Lunge correctly:

  • Keep torso upright
  • Keep feet facing forward and the knee in line with the toes, do not let the knee travel to the side.
